The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has announced Summer Vacations 2022 in Islamabad Announced d the summer vacation schedule for all public and private schools and colleges in the Islamabad jurisdiction.
According to the official statement from the Director Academics of FDE, the summer holidays in all educational institutions in Islamabad will start on Monday June 6th and end on Sunday July 31st.
Study operations at all public and private schools and universities in the federal capital will resume on Monday, August 1st. While the 2022-23 academic session ends on March 31, 2023.
The FDE has instructed all Heads of Institutions (HoIs) to ensure that the summer holidays are used to carry out the admissions process according to the original schedule, physical inventory checks, and repair and maintenance of furniture, infrastructure and playgrounds.
The FDE has directed Area Education Officers (AEOs) to ensure the smooth execution of the above tasks and to regularly update the FDE with the progress report on the work in schools and colleges in their administrative area.
Also, courses for BS and associate degree programs in the colleges under FDE continue according to their academic schedule. HoIs and administrative staff must comply with the official times previously communicated by the FDE.
