The Punjab Board Committee of Chairs has released the schedule for the annual Matric and Inter exams in 2021. Candidates intending to take the board exams are encouraged to review the schedule provided and prepare for the exams accordingly. In general, PBCC announces the date sheet for SSC and HSSC exams in February / March. However, this year the exams have been postponed due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. However, the Minister of Education has made it clear that this year students will not be promoted without the exams and that the authorities will hold the exams in strict compliance with the SOPs. Exams Schedule
According to PBCC the annual exams of the 9th class and 10th class will be commenced from 27th July 2021 and 17th June 2021 respectively. Similarly, the annual exams of the 11th and 12th class will be conducted from the 11th August 2021 and 2nd July 2021. Earlier the federal minister for education and professional training had announced that all the exams across the country have been postponed due to the third wave of the coronavirus pandemic. The concerned authorities will provide the revised exam schedule for the conduction of the exams. According to the decision of the provincial education ministers, the priority will be given to exams of the 10th and 12th class followed by the 9th and 11th class.
