The Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) has now lifted the age restriction for MDCAT 2022. Students under the age of 16 can now apply for the PMC Admission Test for Medical and Dental Colleges (MDCAT 2022). Previously, a minimum age limit of 16 years was set as the admission criterion for MDCAT.
It is interesting that there is no admission criterion for MDCAT 2022 this year. Any student, from any background and grade, can participate in MDCAT 2022. PMC National MDCAT 2022 will be held in 20 cities across Pakistan from September 7th to September 30th. Over 130,000 students have already registered for MDCAT 2022. Students can register online at the PMC website.
As last year, students can choose a suitable time slot and test center themselves, which will be confirmed by PMC in good time. Passing the National MDCAT with a score of at least 65% is mandatory to apply to any state or private medical school in the country. While the pass percentage for admission to dental colleges is 55%.
