The Allama Iqbal Open University has announced the schedule for the start of the postponed exams. Exams used to be postponed due to the third wave of the coronavirus pandemic, now the exams of the various programs have been postponed. According to the statement by the university officials, the exams will be conducted online and students will have to follow the AIOU’s new schedule. Candidates enrolled in the various programs will be informed that they will have to take the exams through the Agahi Learning Management System (LMS).

AIOU EXAMS Schedule:
According to the announced schedule, the exams for Associate Degree (Human Resource Management, Banking and Finance), B.Sc, Postgraduate Diploma, B.Ed (New), BBA and BS Accounting and Finance will take place from April 16, 2021 until May 31, 2021 The online exams for BS, B.Ed, ADE, ADC will be held from June 6, 2021 to June 13, 2021, while the exams of the other programs such as M.Ed, MA, MSc, M.Com, The MBA would from July 4, 2021 to July 11, 2021. Candidates will be informed to review the schedule and prepare for the exams accordingly.
Online Exams Process and Schedule
Allama Iqbal Open University has notified the students that the paper with the appropriate course code will be uploaded to the students’ LMS account according to the advertised date sheet. Candidates must submit the answers in MS Word and they are given 12 hours. After the specified duration, the paper of the course code will be removed from the applicant’s LMS account. In addition, candidates can also submit the scanned file of the paper. Candidates are instructed to avoid material copied from the book or other online resources, as this would result in the candidate’s paper being canceled due to plagiarism. Students’ responses are checked through the software to ensure transparency in the exams.
